Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covering a planned area of over 60 mu (about 40,000 square meters). With a total construction area of 120,000 square meters and a cold storage capacity of more than 200,000 cubic meters, it is a high-standard cold chain food industrial park integrating frozen and refrigerated storage, agricultural product (frozen food) trading, supply chain finance, cold chain logistics and distribution, intelligent parking, intelligent office, high-end apartments, and food safety traceability system.

As an industrial standardized park project with divisible sales and independent property rights, Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  will adopt two business models—leasing and selling—after completion. It will cooperate with numerous merchants and enterprises engaged in frozen food, agricultural product wholesale, and frozen/refrigerated logistics and distribution for joint development and operation.
